Individualized care of orofacial myofunctional disorders for children and adults focuses on
learning new oral movement patterns. Therapy planning includes liason with general and
pediatric dentists, orthodontists, pediatricians, family physicians and Ear, Nose and Throat
specialists. Pre and post frenectomy care is also provided.
Empowering programs for digit sucking, nail biting, and other oral habits. Programs are
family-centered and child focused and are often the first step in allowing the mouth to learn new movement patterns. Can you believe you can have fun while stopping these habits? More than 200 children have successfully engaged in these programs over the last 12 years.
